D/G Hurdy-gurdy Tutor dvd.

This dvd sets out to demonstrate the basic skills needed to play the instrument with particular emphasis on the French dance repertoire in D-G Bourbonnais tuning.

It is split up into the following  sections which deal with each of the common rhythms and has a few simple tunes for each along with close up analysis of fingering patterns and the trompette.

3.Coup de Trois ( La Belle Jardinière)

4. Coup de Deux - 3x Bourée (  Ai vis lou loup, La Coccinelle)

5. Coup de Quatre - 2x Bourée  (Le Ruban Bleu, Bourée d'Aurore Sand)

6. Scottish    ( Scottish à Virmoux )

7. Waltz       ( Valse à Guillemain )

8. Polka      ( L'Arquennière )

The music for the tunes is written on the insert sleeve together with numerical tablature for the trompette.
