The dvd format is ideal for this kind of information but as more
and more devices now have no dvd drive so streaming the content seems
the best way forward.
My remaining copies of the dvd are only available in PAL format for
Europe so American dvd players can't normally read them though playing
on the computer is possible.
The only disadvantage of streaming is the lack of a menu facility to
better select the content so below is the menu with the time code of
streaming content.
The stream is held on a private YouTube file and on receipt of a £10
fee via PayPal
